We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to the coast, and the friendly staff. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were modern. The hotel was conveniently located and offered easy access to the coast. Moreover, the staff was very accommodating and helped us throughout our stay.

Spent Christmas at a stunning resort on the southern coast of Chiapas. Beautiful open-air dining area, several swimming pools, and jet skis for rent. the grounds were immaculate and the food was so delicious. the resort was located on a gorgeous lagoon that separated the barrier island from the ocean. We enjoyed the incredible sunsets and the easy access to the nearby beaches.

The WiFi coverage was spotty throughout the property and there was no mobile coverage which made it hard to stay connected with friends and family.
